EXCLUSIVE IMPORTER | POLAND

T-APEX is an advanced resistance training device designed for coaches who want precise control over their athletes’ speed development. It provides smooth, adjustable resistance during both acceleration and maximum-velocity sprinting without disrupting natural running mechanics. With both resisted and assisted (overspeed) training capabilities, T-APEX opens up new possibilities for neuromuscular training, helping athletes push beyond their individual speed barriers. It is also highly effective for change-of-direction and multidirectional training, making it an exceptionally versatile tool for sprinters, team-sport athletes and combat-sport athletes. T-APEX can be used on virtually any surface – on the track, indoors, on the field or outdoors. T-APEX is the training system used by the world’s fastest sprinters.

T-APEX | FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

DOES T-APEX SUPPORT OVERSPEED TRAINING?

Yes. T-APEX supports full overspeed training. The standard device provides a pulling speed of 0 to 7 m/s, making it suitable for lower-speed sports such as swimming and speed climbing. For sprint training, an overspeed accessory can increase the speed to 14 m/s. The T-APEX software also lets you create custom overspeed programmes with up to 10 segments at different speeds (e.g. 0–10 m at 5 m/s, 10–20 m at 10 m/s, 20–30 m at 12 m/s, etc.). The system automatically generates a smooth speed and assistance curve, allowing athletes to train faster and safely.

DOES T-APEX HELP WITH DECELERATION, CHANGE OF DIRECTION AND AGILITY TRAINING?

Yes. T-APEX features a dedicated isotonic mode that is ideal for deceleration, agility and change-of-direction training.

In this mode, the device maintains constant, controlled resistance throughout the full range of motion, regardless of the athlete’s running direction or speed. This enables precise, safe training to:

- improve deceleration after a sprint

- develop reactivity and faster changes of direction

- build coordination and stability during lateral and rotational movements

Once the movement is complete, T-APEX automatically retracts the cable at up to 7 m/s, allowing smooth transitions between repetitions and facilitating multidirectional training.

In practice, T-APEX supports both traditional sprint and acceleration training and advanced training in agility, eccentric control and motor responses — key qualities in sports such as football, handball, basketball, volleyball and tennis.

WHAT DATA DOES T-APEX ANALYSE?

T-APEX records key biomechanical and movement performance parameters in real time, including:

- speed

- distance

- time

- force

- power

After each run, T-APEX processes the data to answer questions such as:

- When and where does maximum speed occur?

- How long does the athlete maintain peak speed?

- What happens during each sprint stride?

- How symmetrical is the movement of the two sides of the body?

CAN RESISTANCE AND ASSISTANCE BE PRECISELY ADJUSTED IN T-APEX?

Yes. T-APEX allows resistance and assistance to be adjusted across the full range:

- 0–20 kgf (standard version)

- 0–40 kgf (with overload accessories)

Resistance can be adjusted in 1 kgf increments on the device, or in 0.1 kgf increments when controlled from a tablet.

DOES THE USAGE OF T-APEX REQUIRE A SUBSCRIPTION?

No. The manufacturer of T-APEX does not charge subscription fees. The standard software is fully functional. However, if you need dedicated software (e.g. with custom analytics), a personalised version can be developed, with pricing based on the scope of work.

DOES T-APEX HAVE A BATTERY APPROVED FOR AIR TRANSPORT?

Yes. T-APEX offers an optional battery pack certified for air transport, allowing the device to be transported safely on international trips or to training camps.
